Many people complain—and even get angry—about the policies and actions of the government and its agencies. It appears they are “stepping on the gas” to extract money from the public through taxation and various regulations that seem driven by a determined intent to collect as much money as possible, as quickly as possible.
Fortunately, these actions remain within “legal” bounds; they haven’t reached the point of outright “robbery”—such as freezing and seizing citizens’ bank accounts, or raiding offices, shops, and warehouses to confiscate valuables under the pretext of “evidence for an investigation.”
The public inevitably has to yield—and lose—when opposing rulers who wield near-absolute power. It is much like the times we were forced to yield and submit under Dutch or Japanese colonization; they held the power, the weaponry, and the means of coercion.
That is the prevailing perception: that the public has no choice but to comply and submit to the authorities and the system.
Johanes Lim advises against fighting the system directly. Instead, he suggests we learn from small fish—such as pufferfish, lionfish, Banggai cardinalfish, flying fish, and clownfish—that employ self-protection mechanisms and camouflage to avoid being devoured by large predatory fish.
The key takeaway is this: create your own system without fighting the existing one.
Many corporations and ultra-wealthy individuals have already adopted this approach; consequently, they remain secure and at ease, continuing to grow wealthier while remaining beyond the reach of government interference.
The middle class, however, bears the brunt of the impact, becoming a target without any protection from anyone. That is precisely why I have developed a protection system specifically for the middle class.
